We took our car to get service for oil change. They said we needed alignment which our explorer only has 19,000 miles which I thought was odd. Cost us $460.00. They forget to put tire cap back on.
The experience with the salesperson was fantastic. The only issue was that the car was delivered without the floor mats. When I brought it up afterward, I was told the vehicle came without them. Other than that, the overall experience was very good.

Dirty vehicle upon pick up, sales person hid during pick up, dealership tried to cover up smoke smell with sticky air fresheners, bad ball joints on truck that supposedly passed dealership inspection that caused $1k in repairs. Would not recommend dealership at all!!

I am not going to say anything negative about the staff. As the issues I had weren’t with them. The issues I had were with the AI system you utilize. The agent I was working with had a personal issue. This happens but due to this no one was monitoring my car. It took days sometimes to get. A response. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. Where a process needs to be created for a backup and secondary.

Christian was our advisor. Had our2016 F150 in for a transmission recall as well as an airbag light. Communication was far superior to other dealerships I have been to with multiple updates each day. Once the part came in for the air bag the truck was fixed the same day. No issues since the repairs. They even washed the truck!

I was presented with a very large bill for some issues on my car and I was just out of warranty by 45 days, but Christian Smith helped talk with Ford about having them cover about half of my repair bill which was very much appreciated. I will continue bringing my business here to Ford Clermont.
