I recently had my oil changed, tires rotated, brakes done and my windshield wiper fluid tube replaced all were done in a professional and timely manner. Derick kept me informed of what was going on and followed up as needed.

I took the car in for The Works maintenance and my battery checked green. When I got there to pick up the car the lights were left on and battery was dead. I had to buy a new battery. I don't understand every time I go there there's a problem. I am not going back.
Alex was great to work with and stayed on top of things and updates to me . The two who handled my service before I never heard from unless I called . And getting through their AI generated system was rediculus. They never responded . Alex took care of things and got my follow up done

Mr. Alfred help us solve a electrical issue with f-350. Mr. Alfred and the Service tech. had to go back and forth with Ford to figure out the issue to keep it under warrenty. It took 3 weeks with going back and forth. Mr. Alferd kept us update every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions.
I needed to have my brakes done and they offered the service for a very reasonable price.

The service department was accommodating and helpful through the whole diagnostic and service process as the gave timely updates.
I brought new truck in for tire cupping issue with appointment. The Truck sat all day and probably wouldn’t have gotten done if I didn’t inquire later in day. Then they rushed the job and stated in specs but there obviously is an issue with casters or toe in.. I took for second opinion and there is more than a 2 degree difference between left and right front tires.
Jacob did a great job from start to end. He worked very efficiently getting the specialist my car needed and scheduling him and the appointment without any problems.

Just came in for an oil change. Got checked in quickly by a friendly employee. Sat down and received a video from my technician on what he was checking and how it looked . ALBERTO was my Customer service Guy - he is highly knowledgeable and performed extremely well for the service of my Ford 150. I would recommend ALBERTO without any hesitations. Was sold a used car with dry rotted tires and splitting. The sticker from oil change inspection done by them indicated the tires were in fair shape. Fair shape is drivable tires. Tires that are separating and a gash on one of them is dangerous. Leads me to believe they do not perform a real inspection on used vehicles before they put them on their lot. The Bronco had a coolant resevoir problem that was covered under waranty, They kept me informed of the progress. When it looked like it was going to be overnight they arranged a free rental car overnight around the corner. The process was very smooth. Alec was very helpful during my oil change where the problem was diagnosed and Christian was very helpful on the covered repair.
The dealership was great Diagnosis and fix in one day. Reasonable price. The texting system for communication was less than desirable

One of their mobile mechanics, Jalen, came out to do the recall repair for the sun visor. He called me and let me know that he was on site and did his thing. I've heard stories of people going to dealerships to have this done and the mechanics leaving dirty handprints and stuff all over the visors and roof liner but not in this case. Vehicle was clean.
Fourth time I've been asked to leave a review, and fourth time I've provided a review, for last month's service. Other than that, very pleased (although they did forget to update my CarFax records (oil change, tire rotation, etc.).

Your service people were great The problem I have is that an alternator was put in my truck on a Monday and Wednesday I broke down because the alternator was faulty I had to pay over $300 to have my van towed to your place to have it replaced I feel I should be reimbursed for the tow charges because this was no fault of mine James Kurppe

Brought Bronco in for leaking front differential & suspension noice & maintenance. Updates on progress so so. Took a week. Replaced poison seal & told me suspension was due to after market parts. Recommended shop. Got it home & front diff leaking worse. Also found tool on front seat. Brought it back & Aaron the svc advisor was on it with proper communication. Replaced pinion seal no chg. 2nd times the charm. Brought it to 4 Wheel Parts to check suspension. They advised Lower control arms lose. They righted up & did alignment. Ford of Clermont missed this?
Went in f to the quick lane for an oil change, tire rotation, and to get my turn signal checked and repaired. After checking the bulb by testing it by using a working bulb, they told me it was a wiring issue and that I would have to go to the main service department for a wiring issue. My husband looked at the bulb, and it was obviously burnt out. He replaced it and the other with two new bulbs. Why would they tell me it was a wiring issue when it was something so simple? Not happy.
Friendly and honest service department, devoid of upselling and pushy tactics you encounter at other places, would highly recommend Ford of Clermont
