Ford of Clermont was straight, simple and open to negotiation we did all the paperwork as soon as I arrived to the dealer in less than 2 hours I was out and about. Very happy with my purchase from this dealership highly recommended
One of their mobile mechanics, Jalen, came out to do the recall repair for the sun visor. He called me and let me know that he was on site and did his thing. I've heard stories of people going to dealerships to have this done and the mechanics leaving dirty handprints and stuff all over the visors and roof liner but not in this case. Vehicle was clean.
Fourth time I've been asked to leave a review, and fourth time I've provided a review, for last month's service. Other than that, very pleased (although they did forget to update my CarFax records (oil change, tire rotation, etc.).

Your service people were great The problem I have is that an alternator was put in my truck on a Monday and Wednesday I broke down because the alternator was faulty I had to pay over $300 to have my van towed to your place to have it replaced I feel I should be reimbursed for the tow charges because this was no fault of mine James Kurppe

I have never had a better bunch of people helping me.
Brought Bronco in for leaking front differential & suspension noice & maintenance. Updates on progress so so. Took a week. Replaced poison seal & told me suspension was due to after market parts. Recommended shop. Got it home & front diff leaking worse. Also found tool on front seat. Brought it back & Aaron the svc advisor was on it with proper communication. Replaced pinion seal no chg. 2nd times the charm. Brought it to 4 Wheel Parts to check suspension. They advised Lower control arms lose. They righted up & did alignment. Ford of Clermont missed this?
Went in f to the quick lane for an oil change, tire rotation, and to get my turn signal checked and repaired. After checking the bulb by testing it by using a working bulb, they told me it was a wiring issue and that I would have to go to the main service department for a wiring issue. My husband looked at the bulb, and it was obviously burnt out. He replaced it and the other with two new bulbs. Why would they tell me it was a wiring issue when it was something so simple? Not happy.
Friendly and honest service department, devoid of upselling and pushy tactics you encounter at other places, would highly recommend Ford of Clermont

Albert was fantastic and worked with me to help get my car fixed up. Joey did a great job on my car and the videos they made for me helped explained the issues I was having. Eli was able to give me a ride to and from the dealership while it was getting worked out.

In my opinion, this dealership (Morgan) tries to get rich on every customer that has any service done. My motor blew in 2022 and they replaced it at my expense for $5000. My motor blew again this week and they want to charge me 10,000 this time. Customer service personal was excellent. I would never recommend using this company for any service work.

Alec explained the services, took me into the service bay to show me what was needed. In addition, he took a test drive to determine the reason for a front end vibration. Alec advised me that some of the services I requested were not necessary. He worked to put together a quote for unplanned, but necessary, services. Excellent customer service. I feel confident that the Quick Lane will only perform necessary maintenance and advise me what will be needed at future service.

We arrived at our designated appointment time of 10:00 am. We met Nelson and talked about what our needs were. We also discussed possible vehicles that we would be interested in purchasing. Top notch service from start to finish. I ordered a custom Mach-E back in February, and it just arrived yesterday. Nelson was my sales manager and he was on top of everything! Got me driving the car within a few hours of delivery! The entire sales process was fast and painless, and no pressuring for things I didn't want. Ronald took care of the financing portion and he was also efficient and helpful. I don't plan on being in the market for a new car anytime soon, but this will definitely be my go-to dealership moving forward!

Their Quick Lane operation is very efficient with friendly and helpful staff. Would have given 5 stars but a quote of $82.00 to replace cabin air filter was ridiculous.
